Hysteroscopic Septal Resection
Hysteroscopic Septal Resection
hysteroscopic septum resection (surgical removal of the septum) improves the odds of a live birth in women with a septate uterus.

Hysteroscopic septum resection in ladies of reproductive age with a septate uterus is performed worldwide to improve reproductive results. At present, there is no proof to help the surgery in these ladies. Randomized controlled preliminaries are critically required. Two preliminaries are as of now in progress.
